Glenn Nathan
After 22 years of driving on the road, Glenn always had it in the back of his mind that being an instructor was the one job he would love to do and now he is doing it he says it is a great honour to be working alongside his Dad.
He finally got the opportunity to start learning the role in February 2019 and within a year he passed all three exams to become an ADI. Glenn loves meeting new pupils, teaching them the life skill of driving and taking them
on their driving journey to become a safe driver for life.
Glenn is very calm, relaxed, fun and a down to earth instructor and he’s had positive feedback from all of his pupils. They like this approach as it helps them stay calm while behind the wheel during those testing times.
Glenn has a very good pass rate and strives to continue to keep this level which is well above the 48.5% national pass rate.
Every pupil is different, you all learn in different ways and at different speeds, so Glenn adopts a client-centred learning approach. He takes into account how you, the learner prefers to learn. When pupils learn using this method they are more likely to retain information and skills. This enables the pupil to take on more responsibility for their learning and will help with their decision making when out on the road.

“After being so nervous about driving and really not wanting to do it, I’ve passed my test first time. All thanks to Glenn and his masses of patience, I am now a confident driver and would recommend Two Counties to anyone.“
